I always come to this beauty salon branch (I started in the Queens Park one), and always satisfied with them. However, I must say that although the staff and results are as good as usual, the standup subbed was dirty, clearly not sanitised (the heating UVA ray bars had plenty of different human hair).. what made an unpleasant and disgusting 6minutes tanning session for me. It should be frequently and thoroughly sanitised after each use (and also the little floor where the customer is standing up over) to make it safe for commercial use. Must specify it was the stand up sunbed on the left hand side, straight when you come downstairs.
Apart from that, the eyebrow tint was amazingly better than expected (the result was brilliant). And the staff, caring and kind as usual, helped to make of this a very relaxing moment of the day.
Note: I guess the sunbed hasn’t been used for a while. And that’s the reason why. Just check on this properly, and you will win my 5 stars again!

At first I didn’t want to write any feedback, but unfortunately I have to, after I had to go today and fix my hair at the different salon as my haircut was completely crooked in the back. Overall it was very unprofessional. I have been left with the color on for over one hour, as the hairdresser was too busy with the other customer, I had to call her to wash my hair, because my scalp start burning. My blow dry wasn’t done properly, it was over 9 and salon was closing, so she rushed just to get rid off me. I think If she would served one customer instead of two, it would be more then enough time to do the job properly. I’ve been told how damaged my hair is, but while pulling (combing) my hair, she almost left all of them on the brush, which one of the signs of “professionalism”. I would say this place is more about quantity, and not really about quality. I wanted to try more services at this salon, but after this treatment not feeling comfortable coming back.
