Overbooked so I had to wait 10mins. Not ideal as I was hoping to get my nails done in my lunch break. The lady who did my nails was sweet and thorough however by that evening two of my nails had chipped. So I was a bit disappointed by that.

Booking with treatwell was easy & was rapidly accomodated in the salon since many walkins were turned away. I had to wait few minutes until Lisa? the nail technician was available. I inquired if my regular pedi included callus remover & was told that it could be added without charge, but with gel pedi would be extra charge. The callus treatment was great & helped soften my feet. The gel mani was also quick & the color looked great, however, I found a snag on one of my nails that I had to file a few days later. Lastly, the brazilian wax was the best purchase compared to USA prices for Brazilian & not only that this lady (forgot her name, she wears glasses & is Iranian) who did a better job & created a line pattern that was very straight to edges & did such an amazing clean wax. I was very pleased with her accuracy & tweezed what she couldn't get. I did wish she breathing exercises & pressed on the area of removal because her pulls can be sudden without warning. It's what I'm used to in the US, but she has been the best of all my brazilian waxes.
