Overall a lovely experience. I called up the shop as I was running 40 minutes late due to a work meeting over running. They said this was not a problem and they will still see me and after a very short wait I was seen (they even apologised for me having to wait even though I was 40 minutes late!!!) I showed the technician a picture of the nails I wanted and she accommodated. They are perfect, she actually listened to me, I wish I got her name!
