The shop, the ambience, the cut and the blow dry were really bad. I'm sorry for the staff (definitely kind) but it was the worst experience in London.

At the beginning everything was ok: we started with full legs and apparently this lady was alright, happy with my prep (I normally exfoliate and nourish my skin 24h previous to the appointment). She said she was happy to be waxing me for that.
But as soon as she started with my bikini line, I realised she wasn’t like the other staff who I’m used to. I’ve been going to the same place for more than one year and a half already, I always book for the same treatments, and always get the same results: clean, fast, and dynamic session. Smooth movements, hardly painful, and perfect results in very little time. And if it era complicated at any moment, they quickly make you relax, soften their movements, and cheer you up since you are undertaking waxing a very private and sensitive area. They even ask you for help to hold your own skin so they can perform better.
In this ocasion, though, the lady (whose name is Fatun) performed the session with tensioned, sudden strokes. Almost didn’t accept my help (what resulted in a poor and painful hair removal), kept the whole time criticising my decision of not choosing hot wax (when I always go for the normal one, and it always works perfectly fine) whenever I complained about the pain with horror and still she would not try to relax me or my skin, but continue going on with the same forced movements. This turned into a tedious and never ending over-painful session.
All I want to say is that I’m really sorry to leave this review, but for next time I’ll make sure I get the usual treat by one of the other ladies, for example Shahla (whose hands and voice are really pleasant when taking care of you).
