The ‘hairdresser’ was clearly unqualified and didn’t know a lot about hairdressing. Her English wasn’t great and she didn’t listen to what I wanted. Very snip-happy. I had to stop her and leave before I left the salon with no hair at all!

I had a good experience at Lemoge Clinic, electrolysis itself is never enjoyable but the staff are friendly and professional. I ended up booking a course of treatment there because it is good value compared to others in the area.
