I booked a wash & haircut. I think this didn't include a proper blow dry so this is why I wasnt given a nice blow dry finish. The hair cut was just a simple trim and my original choppy style was completely lost. The kind lady who cut my hair was very polite but she was so cautious I didn't have any confidence in her. I regret not going to my usual hairdressers which is now a must for me.
