I arrived on time but they made me wait 15 min. They used the wrong wax. The woman was nice but she seemed inexperienced. She dropped wax everywhere and specially on the bed and it stuck to my leg which hurt me when i had to turn(granted it wasn't a lot of pain but could be have been prevented). Then I had to wait another 10 min for another woman to take over.It took 2hrs instead of 1hr.
