Hairdresser did not listen to the hair styling I wanted despite saying 3 times that what they were doing was time consuming and not right (or it could be that their English was so poor it was hard to communicate), the nail stylist cut my cuticle from cutting too sharply and another lady there had to have her nails redone because the colour varnish she’d chosen was so thin.
Couldn’t get accurate estimates of how long it would take so it was difficult to plan my next appointment.
