You can’t expect good customer service if getting your nails done here- my beautician didn’t speak much English, they are not attentive towards clients. However, I have to admit the final shellac result looked very good, clean and professionally done. So I would return for next one. Underarm was was quick and well done.

The treatment (eyebrow threading) was great, but I did feel that my preferences weren’t as important as them trying to push other treatments on me. I have very dark eyebrows and have no aversion to cosmetic tweaks and semi permanent treatments, but the continuous mention/recommendation of microblading was quite tiresome. No one ‘needs’ microblading. But as I said, the treatment was good and I was happy with my eyebrows. I just don’t think the insulting of someone’s natural brows or anything else is necessary to expand and promote your business. Another thing to add is eyebrow threading is done in the open salon, and not in a desperate room. Personally, I don’t have an issue with this, but I can imagine many might.
