I went for a haircut. Isabel was very nice and professional. There were just some difficulties with the english/ communication. However, the experience was pleasant and I am very happy with my new haircut!

Staff have no idea what they're doing and are really unprofessional. They look at you as if you're talking in a different language. If you want a luxury experience - 100% avoid. If you want a cheap sunbed - go!

After my waxing I was left with many hair patches and during the treatment I had to continuously ask the lady to redo missed areas. Even if the price is low (reflective of the modest ambience) I would have expected a decent waxing.
