I paid £36 for acrylic extensions and £15 for removal of old ones. On the board in the salon it stated that it was gel acrylics that cost £35 - yet when I came to choosing the colour of my nails the nail tech informed me that it would be an extra £20-£25 if I wanted gel polish. This goes completely against the list of treatments and is completely ridiculous pricing. I was not happy with this but got them painted with regular polish anyway. Within 8 hours they had started chipping and now looked worn and cheap. After a day there were significant amounts of polish missing and the acrylic had started coming away from my nail. I haven’t had this poor quality from any other nail salon and was shocked with how poor they were for the price. Also a very intimidating atmosphere in the salon.

I can say that i am satisfied with the overall experience. Moji with whom i had the appointment was very welcoming and careful with my hair. She made sure that i get the haircut i wanted. I am very satisfied with the result and i am thinking to come back again.

The institute is well located but I realised that the staff there is from different company, there is no hostess for the full place and nobody seemed to manage the place, they just all looked very confused. I asked to book a manicure onsite while I had only paid for the pedicure on treatwell and they literally did not know what to do so I couldn't get my manicure. Additionally the girl doing my pedicure hit by ankle bone pretty badly with the metal tool she was using. I think the place is cheap and she ended up doing a good job but not the best service.
