I had an excellent visit and was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. I also had a last minute wash and blow by by Isabel which was very very good.
My only minor grouch was a couple of bits missed on the leg wax. Great choice of nail colours.

I didn’t enjoy the service I received at this salon at all. I had booked a spray tan a few hours earlier but when I arrived at the salon was told everyone had gone home and that I shouldn’t have booked. It was clearly made out to be my fault for booking even though it was fully available to do so. The staff was very confrontational about it, really surprisingly and really very rude. When I said I couldn’t come back the next day, the beautician extremely reluctantly agreed to do the service I had already paid for. I can’t emphasise enough how unwelcome I was made to feel. I had never had a spray tan before and had lots of questions however the experience was very rushed and at the end I was given no chance whatsoever to ask anything. Just “ok finished, lock the door in your way out”. The tan itself was fine (although I have nothing to compare it to) however I cannot say strongly enough how truly terrible the service was.
