Worst experience I've ever had anywhere in my life. My hair was left bright yellow and melted - unless you want to have to go somewhere else the next day and have a crop don't go. They told me my hair was disgusting after starting, and when I complained they just said they tried. Treatwell was no help. Don't go here!!

Not to be repeated!! Very poor service. Difficulty communicating because only one of the nail staff spoke English and she had a poor attitude. Unhelpful & unwelcoming atmosphere. Treated like factory line job - the staff just wanted to get everyone out. Didn’t care what anyone thought or about client experience. Wish I wasn’t so polite about it at the time.
Rushed job - gel mani in 20mins! They didn’t take any care of nails when filing & buffing. Would’ve walked out at several points had I not already paid for it.
Manicure was just about acceptable, but it’s early days and far from what I’d expect. No OPI gel, just some copy cat imported version.
