Not very happy with my haircut-it was completed very quickly and not the way I had asked for, feels like I wasted my money. I had cut my hair here previously and was very happy to have found the stylist; it seems now unfortunately she doesn’t work there any more. The stylist didn’t seem very happy when I asked her to correct a few things for the final look. Overall It seems the staff here need a bit of an attitude change and focus a bit more on customer service.
Wax was done well but it’s not the most painless one here (my experience every time).
