I am new to waxing. It was my first time having a hollywood wax and I didnt have anything explained to me prior to starting. The staff member should have introduced themselves and explained the process prior to starting since I mentioned it was my first time. There were no distraction techniques used and some hair was left behind. Also, once it was done she did not explain anything about aftercare and what I should do next. She just said there's oil there if you want it. No explanation of what kind of oil it is and whether it is recommended to use it. Not a great first experience.
