I booked a haircut via the app, had 2options, long hair or short hair. My hair was just below my shoulders so booked short hair, when i arrived i was asked to have my nails done first as they seemed busy. Once it was my turn the hair dresser started washing my hair, she was speaking in her language to her colleague, the English part was Short hair, to which i then realised it was about myself. She walked me over to a seat and brushed out my hair, after this she said your hair is not short it is long. I explained to her that my hair is not long. Plus there were only 2options on the app long or short hair. She said there was an option for medium hair to which i took my phone out and showed her on the app, she did not seem interested and said well my manager said you have to pay an extra £8, i refused and asked to speak to her manager, she told me that her manager was not in. She said ok then pay just £7 ok in cash. I am appalled at this service, i should of been informed before she started washing my hair, and to demand payment in cash is awful. So i paid the price of a haircut that i could of got somewhere else full price with better service and be seen at my appointment time. As she started cutting my hair she commented that my hair cut was no good and that she recommended i have it blow dried, which i did not want and probably would have been charged another fee for. Terrible service. Will not be going back
