I had a shellac CND manicure and the lady that did the treatment was extremely careful and had such high attention to detail. I only rate it with 4 stars because of the base and top coat they used which were not CND. While applied carefully, the colour did not spread consistently and it end up looking a bit patchy. Another reason why that might be is the little amount of nail polish the lady used. I hope they will improve that in the future because everything else was nicely done.
