I had a great experience getting a new set of acrylic nails done with Lisa, the senior nail technician! She was friendly and accommodating, asking me at a few different stages if the length and shape of the nails was right for me. When it came to choosing the nail colour, I was very indecisive since my reason for getting my nails done is that I know my boyfriend will be proposing soon. Lisa tried 7 different colours on me until I found one I liked and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I asked for her help to decide the colour and she told me which one she preferred and even got a second opinion from a colleague which made me feel confident in my choice. Usually I wouldn’t be so fussed but since it’s for an engagement I want my nails to be perfect! And they will be, thanks to Lisa! Something else that impressed me was that a customer, who had been in and left before me, came back because her technician had not fully filed down one of her natural nails so it was slightly uncomfortable; Lisa fixed this right away, making sure with the customer that it was okay. I’ve already recommended this place to some friends and my appointment only ended about 30 minutes ago. I had a great time here and will be back.
