I purchased a Hollywood, full legs and underarms prior to attending my appointment. Ended up leaving and paying an additional £28 because the therapist failed to tell me she is going to be using a hot wax which would incur further charges! She charged me £18 for a navel wax which costs £4 on their site! How disappointing considering I actually really liked the therapist (saida) but I was manipulated and overcharged. Misleading and will avoid in the future.

I had my eye lashes dyed and it was fine but not brilliant. The colour isn’t that strong so you can’t see it very clearly or it just hasn’t lasted that well (3 days!). It doesn’t look as good as it sometimes. But the salon was clean and everyone was nice and it was cheap.
