Staff in this salon seemed disorganized and there was lack of communication between the staff members. I booked an appointment with one member of staff but when I arrived there the other member of staff told me that there was no appointment with my name. After a while they agreed to offer me an appointment. Then I argued with member of staff whether the appointment was already paid, which it was. Luckily the result of the laser was quite good. there is a need of a more professional attitude.
