Pulled off half of my upperlip skin by rushing in taking off hot wax then threaded the skin on top. It was red and felt like it was burning when i left and i now have a massive scab that mighy leave a long term scar.... its terrible.

FIFI was amazing! Very professional and the hollywood wax didn’t hurt at all. I was very comfortable for the whole experience. I strongly recommend visiting Fifi she is great !!!!!!
