The overall experience was good, but I was slightly disappointed over the Hollywood wax as it was different from others I have gotten which I felt reflected the precision and accuracy of removing all hair, which is why you would choose the Hollywood treatment. In terms of cleanliness and COVID-19 the salon followed all guidelines and I did not have any bad experience with that.
