I booked this appointment and had a call to move it as someone was ill. Fair enough, we’re all human! What happened next however was very frustrating. I booked threading; as my skin doesn’t react well to wax and once my tint had been done the lady tried to insist on waxing, as it turned out she wasn’t trained for threading! I was treated as a difficult client; rather than acknowledging that they should have told me upfront. They rebooked threading for another day; but who wants to do 2 appts!
