The beautician was offended when I told her she left out hair. I paid £15 pounds extra for hot wax on Hollywood and she resulted to only use hot wax on 4-5 areas and said she had to do the rest with strip wax, which wasn’t worth it. I have had entire Hollywoods done with hot wax. She left wax all over my body and didn’t bother to apply oil or anything until I asked and felt uncomfortable. At the end she said angrily she had 2 customers waiting and that she spent too long on me already.
