Ferial was very friendly and professional from start to finish. She did such a good job with my root touch up and threading, she gives so much attention to detail. I was very happy with her service!

The hair stylist was great, attentive and caring, but when I left the salon I touched my hair and the top of my head was literally not properly washed, I had to wash out all the remaining shampoo when I got home. It’s weird she didn’t notice it when drying my hair.
