Bought a Deluxe Mani & Pedi - which is found in the subcategory of “Gel Manicure & Pedicure”. My biggest mistake was that I prepaid, will never do that again! I turn up at my appointment to be informed that it only includes non-gel nail varnish. They tell me if I want to change it to gel I have to pay £30 more. I booked at last minute appointment so got 10% off the original price, am hence trying to argue that I at least should get some discount on this upgrade as well - to which the woman says: “no discounts anymore”. I discussed forth and back, but knowing they already had my money, there was really not much i could do. I ended up just going ahead with a gel pedicure only. The woman had no sense of customer service whatsoever, I ended up paying £49.50 for a mediocre gel pedicure - which normally costs £45 full price, and hence never got a manicure - False advertising!! I will definitely not be back!

Want a refund, all nails uneven, took a ridiculously long time, all nails chipped, and just poor experience.
It looks like a toddler tried to paint my nails, colour everywhere.
