I booked and paid for a shellac manicure in advance and was told at the end that I owned more money because she had to take off the (very small) remnants of my previous manicure. Should have been included in the price. In saying that the staff were very nice and friendly. The nail section is owned and run by different owners and you can very much tell. A very different experience to the other half of the salon
