Unfortunately there was lack of communication from the hairdresser, she didn’t spend time to ask me what I wanted and there was a serious language barrier. I wanted some inches off my hair to cut off the dead ends and a tidy up. Instead she started layering my hair and cutting long pieces off the front which I had not asked for. I asked her to stop cutting and her colleague had to get involved to explain I didn’t want it shorter. I will be going elsewhere next time.
