My highlights were really good and the salon was clean and a good atmosphere, but after my appointment was done they charged me an extra 45 pounds because I have long hair; they should have told me before the appointment but instead waited until it was all done so that I couldn't say no. I had paid on my credit card before the appointment so I was surprised- also charged extra for a blow dry that I wasn't informed was subject to charge; felt very misled on price despite the service being good.
