Apparently their pricing on the app is incorrect but rather than honour it (I had prepaid for a treatment that clearly states full and underarm),they insisted on me paying £10 extra at the site. And also very rudely no apology for the mistake being entirely on their part. I guess you get the service you pay for. Never going back.

Désastreux. Have done a spray tan, absolutely ridiculous. Not done properly, no dry and now I have some white while everywhere!!!! Absolutely a waist of money but now I’m in the shit with this tan !!!!!!

Absolutely lovely salon the most friendly women made me feel very welcome. The stylist left all the decisions up to me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and she kept taking pictures to show me what she was doing. She gave me helpful advice on how to look after my long hair. Thank you to Fifi who did a beautiful job!! Highly recommend to everyone :)))

Amateur hair dresser, she took 5 minutes to cut the hair and when I asked her to redo it she still managed to leave it uneven. I also had to ask her to blow the front of the hair which she seemed to find to tiring to do (it was not even dry). During my shampoo (that lasted not even 2 min), she was aggressively criticizing a client with her colleagues (or friends) in front of me thinking I wouldn’t understand, which I thought was very unprofessional. 40£ wasted, I will never go back.
