I’ve been to this venue a few times for manis and pedis, usually satisfied with their service and technicians. Yet, I was very disappointed today. The overall pedi took 80min, when it normally takes 30-40min. The technician started out by cutting my toenails too short on one foot, exposing raw skin. She forgot to have me put my feet in the water & it was cold by the time I did. She spent 45min scraping the bottom of my feet. She forgot a massage too though I couldn’t be fussed to ask by the end
