the haircut was extremely uneven and unsatisfactory. I returned to the salon to address the issue and provided my contact number to the hostess. I was assured that someone from your team would contact me, but I received no follow-up. When I followed up myself, the manager on duty (who refused to provide her name) informed me that neither a refund nor credit would be offered and advised me to escalate the matter to head office. She further stated,I will not listen to you repeating the same thing
