The therapists were rude. They also only take cash, and as I didn’t have cash I had to pay through Treatwell. The therapist took my phone and selected the wrong treatment with a different branch - it took an hour to sort this out and get a refund. When I did pay at the right branch, the treatment on treatwell was at a reduced price - the therapist makes you pay the full price regardless so I could’ve paid at the card machine from the get-go. Waste of time, they were unhelpful and unfriendly.

There has been an offer on treatwell which I have taken advantage of £6 for 10mins - first off it is entered wrong because they can only supply 3 minute coins so you can only do 9 minutes. Then on my last visit the lady attempted to give me only 6 minutes claiming treatwell was wrong after I explained I have been doing the same for years and showed her my historical bookings. After that they just increased the price to £8 for 9 mins. Pretty disappointed by the situation and the increase
