My under arm was burnt and it’s so painful to wear clothes. My Hollywood wax was not great and I paid extra £15 for hot wax, it was not done well and very disappointed with the results.

First time having a tan, little time spent explaining the process. After the tan she left me in the room to dry, told me to wait for ten minutes, she never came back to check on me.
On my way out she was too busy talking to her colleagues to say bye.
