You get discount if you leave a 5 star review so reviews might be skewed. Didn’t feel very comfortable and result was not as expected. Waxing lady was friendly but opened the door twice while I was undressed on the table. Kept using the same paper strip multiple times on the same spot what led to unnecessary pain and broken hair instead of removal. Missed quite a lot of spots so had to remove myself when I got home. Have been using wax service for 12 years now and this was the most painful one to date, probably because I usually go to a place where the wax is removed and they don’t use strips (let alone use the same paper strip over and over again).
