No advice given on how to use the sunbeds. Staff didnt even get up from behind the desk to show me the location. I explained i had only been once before fir 3 minutes, and they still let me use it for 9 minutes without asking if i had any suncream. Only went in for 7 as I thought 9 was too long. Ended up seriously burned and red. One week later I am still sore and mu skin is peeling. The room was dirty and the goggles were covered in make up.
