THE WORST WAX IN 25 YEARS ! Hours after my Hollywood wax the area is burning so bad. I’ve taken pictures and can see the therapist has taken a layer of skin. As much as the clinic is aesthetically pleasing I would not be going back, and can’t say I would recommend!

I booked my appt for the wrong day & turned up at the time I thought it was. When I realised my mistake, I apologised loads & asked if they could possibly fit me in? The woman on the desk said I’d get no refund for the missed appt which I said was absolutely fine, but she kept angrily repeating it despite me saying I was happy to pay again. Then she had a go at me for booking online (I don’t live locally and was in a rush). She never answered my question. So aggressive & rude that I walked out!
