Lydia was extremely friendly and made the process quick and easy - 15 minutes and I was done, relatively painless, and very comfortable. Definitely do a check before you wrap up to make sure you are satisfied - I think it can be hard to see and she was more concerned about hurting me, but I wanted to make sure I got the wax I wanted. She was very accommodating and professional, I'll definitely come back.

The laser treatment was good but too short. It's suppose to be 30 min but it was less than 20 min. After I left I still had hair left. But overall was good and I will go back there. I just need the 30 min. Thank you.
