I went for a keratin treatment last Sunday , at first when I finish my treatment I was very happy , my hair looks very nice , but after I wash my hair , just after 4 days as the hairdresser said , my hair doesn't look that nice any more , the are frizzy , the are not strait at all, they are waving and frizzy . So not happy at all.

I have been here twice before for facial treatments and they were very good. But unfortunately this time i was extremely disappointed. The therapist few times had to leave the room because she didnt have products ready and the 'deep cleanse' lasted few min and it was painful. I went home with the same face full of black heads i had before. I am sorry but it wasnt good enough! !!
