The facial was lovely and carried out by someone knowledgeable who asked a lot of questions to ascertain the right facial for me. The massage could have been a little more professional and thought out. The music was played on her phone, meaning it was interrupted when she got a message. I asked for a towel under my face while I was lying on my front and just got tissue which wasn't very comfortable for my just-steamed face
