One of the worst waxing experience ever! It was really painful and ineffective. I still have a lot of small hairs left and even some long ones in the rear. The next day, it looked like a week has passed by. What's worse? I booked a Hollywood waxing but the lady asked me for extra £3 to wax the back - obviously as a professional, she doesn't know what Hollywood waxing means. The venue itself smells like chemical although the room looks clean.
I would never come back here.
