Pros: Facial improved the condition of my (dry) skin.
Friendly therapist.
Cons: Waited 20 mins after my appt. time before being called into treatment room. Towels looked dirty. More thought could have been given to the ambience during the treatment (such as lighting and music).

The staff were great, so friendly and accommodating. The wax was done very thoroughly and I would go back. The massage on the other hand was very very average and I would not recommend. Also the place itself was okish, there was building works at the same time so didnt find it relaxing
