You get what you pay for. I only booked this clinic for the cheap price. The lady who did hollywood waxing to me kept talking about laser hair removal even though i said i will think about it (which means i don't want laser treatment but I didn't want to be rude). Also during i got waxing, one staff just open the door without knocking! I was so shocked and embarrased. I been to many places for waxing and that never happened before. There are many other things I wanna complain about but i'm just gonna say again "you get what you pay for". If you want just cheap price and poor quality, this is perfect place.

Waxing was OK.. a few hairs were left behind. I had to pay extra to have my buttocks waxed which usually comes as standard with a Hollywood. Staff were friendly though.. watch out there is another one up the road so don't turn up at the wrong one as I did.
