When I arrived, salon had no record of booking, three, yes three people then looked at my email, only then to ask what it was I wanted waxed. (Hint to salon - it says in the email)
Waxing itself was done in clean modern room, but beautician left a lot of wax on my body (never had this any other salon)!and also left some hair.
Over all not a good experience . It is the cheapest aground - I guess you get what you pay for

I did full body wax over there. They missed so many parts. Also for bikini they didn't do it properly at all.

This is a good salon and I have come here before for waxing multiple times which is quite good.
This time I decided to get my eyebrows threaded though and wasnt concerned till I saw the result. The beautician had took off the arch of my left brow not only leaving my brows mismatched but making it look like I have a drooping eye. When I pointed it out she offered to remove the arch off the other brow too which I refused. I was and am horrified how my carefully mantained shape for a decade has been ruined completely.
Very disappointed and will definitely never get threading done here again.
