The staff are not the most professional but it is probably the cheapest place in London for any service. I wouldn't recommend waxing in anywhere to intimate.

the reservation was not recorded in the system, hence after waiting for 20 min there, I had to reschedule for another time as according to the assistant's comment, the refund process would take a while. the facial was decent, although the lady was outside most of the time. god knows what would happen if I had felt discomfort during the steam.
