I was there for my first wax in a while.
In the beginning everything was good, the lady seemed professional and nice, she started rushing at some point and because of that i was left with patches of hair on my upper leg and arms. I found it weird that at the end she didn't give me any powder or post wax cream, she just put some oil on my body a bit and she told me we re done. I felt my skin weird and a bit itchy but I assumed it was just the fact that I haven't had a wax in a while. Next day I went on holiday and I just saw that I had the worst rash ever, everywhere I had a wax and also on my arm she literally peeled off my skin, I had a red spot, the size of a tea bag let s say, that was red and hurting. Overall, I am disappointed in their service.
