Just horrible! Didn't even receive a warm welcoming, the lady that did my wax seemed to new in a rush and not so bothered. The wax was extremely hot and she was using it around sensitive areas but said it's normal to feel burnings- I have had waxing done and it's never felt this hit round my sensitive areas. She could've reduce the heat but didn't as she was rushing. Not even a goodbye Instead another said gets up to say bye to me. The last few times I came before the lady that did my treatment was lovely hence why I kept going back, but I don't think I will anymore after this experience.
