Terrible haircut, almost like the lady had no idea what she was doing (I asked for a very popular one). When pointed out, wasn't apologetic at all and was almost rude. I left with the bad haircut and had to get it corrected elsewhere the next day, ending up in a super short cut which didn't suit me. Never again.
