The salon was accommodating despite me arriving at the wrong branch to the one that I booked. The woman who did my waxing was good, it was quick and fairly pain free though I feel that a client should be asked about the temperature of the wax since it is a delicate area. On this occasion I was not and the wax felt very hot on the skin, the lady did even point out that my skin was sensitive yet did nothing about the temperature of the wax during my appointment. The work station could be kept cleaner.
I was given a quote for the removal of the upper leg hair, not included in my booking,which I agreed to but feel I was overcharged and the job wasn't done properly as there was hair still left.
I am a returning client but have mixed feelings about this latest appointment.

They don't do hot wax at all in this venue, just stripes. For the price you pay, the service is fair enough. Don't expect anything special though.
