The staff is not particularly friendly. The Brazilian wax is not very good. They use strips and are done with you in under 10 min. It's not meticulous at all and quite painful. Not the worse wax I've had in London but definitely not the best, although given the price I guess it's to be expected. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're in a rush or skint.
